This is a very comfortable resort with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a good place to relax - on the beach, by the pool, or on a balcony or verandah.

EVERYTHING IS JUST FINE!

The hotel was relaxing and exquisite with stunning location short walk to the many restaurants, Phu Quoc and Vietnam and areas outside of the establishment's control.

Pros of our stay at this incredible resort included the jaw-dropping tropical garden and French colonial-style property that was impeccably maintained. The clean and well-equipped rooms, refreshing pool, and excellent service from the friendly staff all added to the wow-factor. The food was mind-blowingly delicious, and the spa and yoga classes were super relaxing. The beach was stunning, and the attention to detail throughout the resort was truly impressive. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

La Veranda is a very nice resort, with beautiful gardens and nice little buildings. We liked the pool area very much, but also the beach. Both restaurants offer excellent cuisine at reasonable prices. The staff is smiley, friendly & helpful. Huge breakfast choice for reasonable 15$++. It should also be mentioned that we received a free upgrade for 3 nights. Free Wi-Fi and 4 computers available for use.

Prices for rooms are (too) high - not for food, though. We wanted to stay 6 nights in total, but as the normal (deluxe) double room was not available, we stayed 1 night in a double, then 3 in a villa (where we got upgraded to a suite) and then again 2 nights in a double. The last double room we had was quite small and basic. In addition, you can hear the people next door quite well, because all double rooms seem to have a connecting door and also because you can hear people talking on the balcony.

The breakfast was really tasty and sumptuous with an egg station offering the works, and the food was appetising. It was in a marvellous location short walk to lushy tropical gardens, restaurants and bar, and stores and chemist or other eateries.

I recently stayed at La Veranda Resort in Phu Quoc for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful tropical garden, and the French colonial-style property is impeccably maintained. The rooms, pool, and all other facilities were kept clean by the friendly and helpful staff. The food at the hotel was amazing, and I loved every single meal. The facilities were in good condition and up-to-date, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Very friendly staff. As many German guests stay at the hotel, staff even has German lessons. Wonderful beach - with great service (e.g. comlimentary yoghurt; beer in ice bucket; shower at the beach; no sales people around)

Enjoyed our fully-equipped rooms.

It was well priced and exceeded high expectations for party. Everything was modern, including very friendly and patient staff who consider a hotel with best location and service. The restaurant was really nice for dinner, we ordered appetising dishes. The bed was comfy and the balcony had breathtaking views over the palm trees and the beach.

Nothing everything was great.

While the weather was not brilliant ( end of wet season) we still really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were brilliant helping you and very courteous. Lovely little bars/eateries close by also and very good value for money.

We got great value for our money at La Veranda - the room was beautiful and the resort's location was perfect. The staff treated us like royalty and made our stay exceptional.

La Veranda Resort is a friendly and comfortable hotel offering clean facilities of high standard and great dining facilities with a wide selection of food.

The cocktail drinks are not of bar standards (could be improved).

The breakfast is great, offered with the egg station, Western food, sweets and served in the garden. The location is lovely and incredible, in Peppertree restaurant in La Veranda. It's next to Le Bistrot, where you can have lunch.
